SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Effective Date: Dec 31, 2025

1. Pricing & Billing
Founding Member is billed at $2.99 USD per month, recurring, until cancelled.

2. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account area. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our payment provider (e.g., PayPal). You authorize us and the provider to charge your selected payment method.

6. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with notice. If pricing changes, it will apply at the next renewal after notice.

7. Access Levels
Subscription benefits may include access to members-only content, early drops, and other features as listed on the Service. Benefits may evolve over time.
